Be a Voice for Affordable Housing

A home is more than just four walls and a roof. A home is a foundation of stability, safety, and dignity that allows individuals to rebuild their lives and pursue opportunities. For those who struggle with housing, it represents hope and a chance to break the cycle of uncertainty and despair. Yet, 33% of working adults in the Chippewa Valley are unable to secure affordable housing. Your local habitat for Humanity is working to change that.

Chippewa Valley Habitat is putting together a Capital Campaign to raise money to create a dedicated fund to finance future home constructions. This fund will allow Habitat to finance house builds without acquiring debt to do so – Our goal is to raise $300,000 for this fund. In doing so, we will be able to continue to recycle this funding into each new house that is built and reuse this fund repeatedly to keep building in the Chippewa Valley.

We are seeking assistance to help families and homeowners obtain and preserve their futures with Habitat for Humanity. Every day, Habitat brings together people like you to make a lasting difference in the lives of families and individuals who need it most. When you volunteer or donate, you are not just building and repairing homes – you are helping parents create safe spaces for their children; you are helping homeowners and their families keep their homes safe and livable. At Habitat, we believe everyone deserves a place to live, and we work hand-in-hand with those in our community to turn that belief into reality. Whether you’re helping construct new homes, repair existing homes, contributing financially, or supporting our ReStore, you’re making a powerful impact.

Our wonderful partners, volunteers, and suppliers make it possible for us to build homes at a fraction of traditional cost, so your donation could fund new homes projects or essential repairs to keep people in their homes.

We humbly invite you to help support sustainable housing solutions in our community. One hundred percent of your tax-deductible contributions goes directly toward our mission of building and repairing homes to build a brighter future right here in the Chippewa Valley.
